Bella's journey to Andrew's Paws for Hope took a few unexpected turns. After being surrendered to a shelter, adopted, and then returned because she hid constantly, she arrived here looking for a place where she could simply feel safe.

Then she disappeared.

For three months we searched, worried that she had slipped away. One night at 3 a.m., a chance encounter revealed the truth. Bella had been here the entire time, quietly hiding and watching from afar.

Today she couldn't be more different. Bella loves cuddles, sleeps on the bed, and never turns down a treat. She just needed someone willing to let her move at her own pace.
