Ella

Born Aug 24, 2021 · 5 yr 1 mo

Ella's story began with a young couple who found her badly injured along the roadside. She had suffered a fractured rear leg and likely wouldn't have survived without their help.

They gave her a second chance, a loving home, and four wonderful years. As their family grew, Ella became increasingly frightened around young children. After many difficult conversations and plenty of tears, they made the heartbreaking decision to find a place where she could feel comfortable again.

Today, Ella is part of our family. She loves cuddling, claims every pillow she sees as her own, and remains in touch with the family that never stopped loving her. Sometimes rescue means knowing when someone else can provide the life a cat needs.
